Beauty by Shaniece, LLC Policies:​

 

• There will be a 50% cancellation fee for no-shows and clients who cancel or reschedule their appointment within 48 hours of their scheduled appointment.
   

• If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and there will be a 50% cancellation fee.
   

• Clients who have failed to pay for a service or cancellation fee will be permanently blocked from re-booking.
   

• All appointments must be booked online with a credit/debit card. This card will be stored on your account and you can use it to pay for your service. You will not be charged before your appointment. You can also use Venmo/Zelle (preferred), a different card, and cash to pay the balance. If you are paying with cash, please have exact change. 
   

• Clients must be 18 years or older to book. I do not provide services to clients under 18, even with parental consent.
   

• Before booking, please read the FAQ page so you understand the contraindications, preparation instructions, and aftercare instructions for your service(s) of choice.
   

• It is the client's responsibility to find and pay for parking for their appointment. There is street parking available and nearby parking garages. There is no validated parking and I do not reimburse clients for parking expenses.
   

• Please do not bring any friends, family, or pets with you to your appointment.
   

• Current clients should not arrive any earlier than their appointment time. If you are a new client, please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment time to fill out a consent form. 
   

• COVID/Flu/Virus Safety Measures: 1) MASKS ARE REQUIRED - If you are unable or unwilling to wear a mask, please hold off on booking an appointment. 2) I am fully vaccinated, including 2 booster shots and a flu shot. 3) Clients should not arrive early and should wait outside. 4) Clients may be asked to use hand sanitizer upon entry. 5) Surfaces and tools are thoroughly sanitized between clients.
