Beauty by Shaniece, LLC Policies:​

 

• There will be a 50% cancellation fee for no-shows and clients who cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of their scheduled appointment.
  
  This include clients who arrive to their appointment and no longer want to receive a service, and clients who fail to read the FAQs or to contact Beauty by Shaniece with questions regarding their service(s) before booking, and it is determined that they are not an eligible candidate for the service(s) they booked for.
      

• If you are 10+ minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and there will be a 50% cancellation fee.
   

• No-shows, clients who cancel/reschedule frequently, and clients who have failed to pay for a service or cancellation fee will be permanently blocked from re-booking.
  
  

• All appointments must be booked online with a credit/debit card. You will not be charged before your appointment.
   

• Venmo and Zelle are the preferred method of payment so I can avoid processing fees. These are not set up for my personal bank account; they are set up for my LLC and linked directly to my business bank account where all funds are reported to the IRS. You can also use your card on file, a different card, or cash. If paying with cash, please have exact change.
   

• Clients must be 18 years or older to book. I do not provide services to clients under 18, even with parental consent.
   

• Before booking, please read the FAQ page so you understand the contraindications, preparation instructions, and aftercare instructions for your service(s) of choice.
   

• It is the client's responsibility to find and pay for parking for their appointment. There is street parking available and nearby parking garages. There is no validated parking and I do not reimburse clients for parking expenses.
   

• Please do not bring any friends, family, or pets with you to your appointment. For insurance and liability purposes, I do not allow anyone else or any pets in the room during the service. The only exceptions to this are those with disabilities who require a helper or service animal.
   

• Current clients should not arrive any earlier than their appointment time. If you are a new client, please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment time to fill out a consent form. 
   

• COVID/Flu/Virus Safety Measures: 1) MASKS ARE REQUIRED - If you are unable or unwilling to wear a mask, please hold off on booking an appointment. 2) I am fully vaccinated, including 3 booster shots and a flu shot. 3) Clients should not arrive early and should wait outside. 4) Clients may be asked to use hand sanitizer upon entry. 5) Surfaces and tools are sanitized between clients.
   

• Beauty by Shaniece, LLC reserves the right to refuse services to anyone, at any time, for any reason.
