FAQ
What are classic lash extensions?
Classic lash extensions are the most natural-looking style where the extensions are applied in a 1:1 ratio (one lash extension per natural lash). It is ideal for clients who want a very natural look similar to a coat of mascara.
What are Wet look lash extensions?
Wet look lash extensions look thicker and slightly more dramatic than classics and the extensions are applied in a 3:1 ratio (three lash extensions per natural lash). It is ideal for clients who want a natural look but with a darker lash line.
What are light volume lash extensions?
Light volume lash extensions add soft and fluffy fullness and texture to your lashes without looking too dramatic. This is ideal for clients who want a natural look that is fuller than classics.
I offer 3D pre-made lashes only, which are pre-fanned, factory-made volume lashes that are already bonded at the base and ready to apply to a single natural lash.
Do you offer hybrid, full volume, mega volume, wispy volume, anime, etc?
I only offer classic, wet look, and light volume styling and keep the results looking very light and natural. If you are looking for more complex styling or a fuller, more dramatic look, I would recommend finding a business whose primary focus is on lash extensions.
Do you apply extensions to every natural lash?
Lash extensions are applied to as many of your natural lashes as possible in the timeframe that is allotted for the appointment, so the percentage of lash extensions applied will vary by client.
Will lash extensions damage my natural lashes?
As long as the extensions are applied properly and the client follows the aftercare instructions, the extensions will not damage your natural lashes.
Do you offer foreign fills?
I do not offer foreign fills. If you currently have extensions that have been applied at another business, please book for a removal and a full set.

Important: If you have any medical conditions that make you unsure if you qualify for this service, please consult with your physician before booking an appointment. Lash extensions are not recommended for clients with extremely short or sparse lashes. If your lashes are very short or sparse, it may be recommended to get on a lengthening regimen before booking for this service.
how should I prepare for my appointment?
Do's:
-
Avoid any waterproof makeup and oil-based products on your lashes for at least 72 hours before your appointment. This includes waterproof eyeliner and mascara. Waterproof makeup contains oils that bond to the hair shaft and take days to come off, even if you can't see it. Any residual oils from these cosmetics can make it difficult to do apply the extensions and may negatively affect the results.
-
Arrive with squeaky clean lashes. If I need to spend time removing makeup or lash strip glue from your eyes and lashes, it will prolong the service and a $15 makeup removal fee will be applied. If there is any residual makeup or lash strip glue on your lashes, it will negatively affect the results.
-
Use the restroom before the service begins: You will be laying down for a long period of time during your appointment. To maximize the appointment time and avoid any discomfort, please use the restroom before your appointment.
-
If you are new to extensions, please thoroughly read through the FAQs and aftercare instructions and do some research on the service so you are aware of what is involved. Please reach out to ask questions if you are unsure or have any concerns.
Don'ts:
-
Drink coffee or other caffeinated beverages within 4 hours before your appointment: Caffeine can make you jittery, which can make your eyes twitch while they're closed, and it can make the application process very difficult.
-
Arrive wearing contacts: Wearing contacts during lashing can cause discomfort, as they can absorb the fumes from the products and they can feel very dry after your eyes have been closed for a long period of time. I do not supply contact lens cases or contact lens solution.
Aftercare
Wash your lashes daily
It is important to gently wash your lashes daily with a cleanser specifically formulated for lash extensions and a soft, fluffy brush. This helps to keep your lashes clean and helps you to retain as many lash extensions as possible.
Your lashes help to keep pollutants out of your eyes, including dust and dirt. And the skin around your eyes also secrets sebum and sheds dead skin. If you do not wash your lashes regularly, these can cause buildup on your extensions, which can cause painful styes or pink eye. This buildup can also cause your lash extensions to stick together and become very uncomfortable.
Clients who are unable to wash their extensions daily are not considered to be ideal clients for the service.
Avoid applying makeup and other cosmetics to your extensions
Applying makeup to your extensions is not recommended and will make them fall off faster. This includes mascara, eyeliner, and lash strips. If you regularly wear eyeshadow, powder, or any other makeup around your eyes, it is very important to wash your makeup off before bed to avoid excess buildup on your lash extensions.
Avoid using oil-based makeup remover on your eyes and lashes because it will loosen the adhesive and cause the lash extensions to fall off.
Avoid touching, rubbing, pulling, or picking at your extensions
Touching your lash extensions can cause them to come off and can cause you to pull out your natural lashes. Touching them can also transfer your body's natural oils to your lashes, which can cause your extensions to loosen and fall off.
avoid steam, including hot showers and saunas
Steam will weaken the adhesive on your lash extensions and cause them to fall off. It is important to avoid hot, steamy showers and saunas to maximize your retention.
Avoid exposure to high heat sources
Exposure to high heat can singe the tips of your extensions. This includes hair dryers, cigarettes, heaters, ovens, and stoves. When you are exposed to these heat sources, it is common for the lashes on one eye to become singed, causing them to look unbalanced.
try not to sleep on your stomach
Sleeping on your stomach with your face on your pillow can cause your lashes to shed. If you are a stomach sleeper, I would recommend using a satin pillow or an eye mask that is made for lash extensions.
Lash extensions require love and care
Lash extensions are an investment of money and time. To protect your investment, it is important to follow the aftercare instructions.
When clients fail to properly care for their extensions, it can make fill appointments very difficult. Clients who are unable to follow the aftercare instructions may potentially be unable to book for future lash extension services.
